Senator Dunbar, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
Community and Regional Affairs Committee referral be waived on                                                                  
HOUSE BILL NO. 78 "An Act establishing September 10 as Alaska                                                                   
Community Health Aide Appreciation Day." The Community and                                                                      
Regional Affairs Committee passed SENATE BILL NO. 16 (a similar                                                                 
bill) out of committee (page 452) with a do pass recommendation.                                                                
Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
